Ultimate Staffing is working with a successful law firm seeking a trust and estates legal assistant. The organization is seeking a legal assistant with a minimum of 3 years of legal experience for estate planning and estate administration practice. Salary range for this position: $68,000 to $83,000.

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must be able to proficiently handle multiple tasks;
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and
• Willingness to quickly learn additional internal software products.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with administrative tasks related to a large and active caseload of estate planning matters;
• Prepare and proofread routine documents;
• File documents with courts and handle service to all parties;
• Open, close, organize, and maintain client files;
• Calendar deadlines, including coordinate meetings, and other logistics;
• Interact with clients and other external parties; and
• Assist with other administrative tasks as requested.
