The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures in the College of Arts and Sciences, University of Miami, is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Spanish for the 2023-2024 academic year. Duties will include teaching four courses per semester at the elementary and intermediate levels. It will also include a minimum of three hours per week of office hours to meet with students. The department is particularly interested in applicants who are also able to teach language courses in French or German.
Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in Spanish or in a relevant field and one-year college-level teaching experience. Applications will be reviewed starting May 15.
