Job Title: Leave of Absence Specialist

Contract Duration: 3 months

Location: Portland, OR

Our client is seeking a temporary Leave of Absence/Benefits Specialist to support their People & Culture Benefits team. This position will be based in Portland and will involve various responsibilities related to billing, union reconciliation, employee recognition programs, employee referral, and task-oriented transaction benefit administration. A strong emphasis will be placed on leave of absence management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle billing and union reconciliation tasks efficiently

- Coordinate and manage employee recognition programs effectively

- Manage employee referral processes and ensure their smooth execution

- Administer benefit transactions with a focus on task-oriented efficiency

- Demonstrate expertise in leave of absence management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration

- Leave of absence experience in CA or OR highly preferred

- Ability to handle transactions and direct work effectively

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
