We are looking for a Leasing Representative to assist with leasing, rentals and managing the community owned and brokered homes.

JOB DUTIES

Evaluate owned and brokered rental homes and sites to ensure minimum rental standards are met.

Coordinate rental home presentation (i.e. furniture, cleaning, repairs); coordinate cleaning of rental after usage and off-season preparation schedule as required.

Maintain home modification and repair records; assess brokered rental owners for replacements and/or repairs.

Collect and post resident security deposits, leasing, rent and other miscellaneous fees in Yardi or Vestivo; record in proper accounts and issue receipts.

Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents.

Encourage home owners to join Brokered Rental Program and complete brokered home listing agreements.

Maximize sales by reserving future rentals for former customers; work with existing customers to obtain potential new customers through referral programs.

Collaborate with Call Center and web-based rental programs to coordinate and implement marketing programs to increase rentals.

Process lease agreements; maintain accurate files and records.

Coordinate and follow-up on service requests.

Process brokered rental funds disbursement to owners as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years experience in housing, hospitality or apartment industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, communication and time management skills
• Intermediate computer proficiency including the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet
