Position Details

The Lead Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) is responsible for clinical care of individuals receiving ACT services. LMHC's are responsible for intake and clinical assessment, completion of diagnostic determination tools, stay reviews, arrangement and coordination of level of care and comprehensive services, referral to ancillary services, monitoring and evaluation of client progress and changing client needs, and client advocacy. Will provide clinical supervision to members of the ACT team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Strong clinical skills and previous experience working with adults with severe emotional disturbance/severe and persistent mental illness in a community-based setting is required.

• Current CPR/BLS certificate. M

• Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be CPR and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment.

• Must possess a Driver's License
