General Summary

The Driller performs routine drilling, sampling, and well installation tasks as well as routine mechanical work necessary to maintain equipment in operating condition
Responsible for loading and mobilizing equipment to project site
Responsible for performing and documenting drilling project tasks
Perform preventative maintenance procedures and other duties as required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
Mud School certification preferred
State Drillers License Preferred
Welding Certifications Preferred
Must be able to attain a Class A CDL Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience Mechanical/Welding Aptitude
Ability to operate all drilling associated equipment (backhoe, forklift, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions and implement standard operating procedures
Ability to direct self and 1 to 2 others
Good oral and written communication skills
Willingness to travel and work outdoors The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience
  • Mud School certification preferred
  • State Drillers License Preferred
  • State Crane Certified or MCCCO Certification Preferred
  • Welding Certifications Preferred
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to attain a Class A CDL
  • Prefer 3 to 5 years of experience Mechanical/Welding Aptitude
  • Ability to operate all drilling associated equipment (backhoe, forklift, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement standard operating procedures
  • Ability to direct self and 1 to 2 others
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work outdoors
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and fit for duty physical

Projects with joint-venture agreements (JVs), benefits will be governed by those agreements. For positions covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBAs), the benefits will be governed by the applicable CBA.
