Need a Lansa developer; must have hands on exp. with Lansa development

Remote USA is OK

Perm salary up to 150k plus bonus

No C2C or sponsorship at this time.

• Develop new ideas to improve our systems and workflow, identify processes not needed or no longer valid and create specifications to remove those processes.
• Ensure the methodology and requirements match the design specifications, development deliverables match the design specifications, test plans match the requirements, and test results match the test plans.
• Write detailed specifications for multiple applications within at least one business area.
• Create documentation as appropriate, including providing appropriate implementation documentation for installs.
• This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor's degree OR equivalent, related experience.
• Have at least 5 years' experience in distribution, procurement, warehouse operations, transportation, retail, or financial systems is preferred.
• Have experience creating written business requirements up to technical specifications following through to test scripts and user testing.
• Have at least 8 years of broad-based experience in the specific and related disciplines of the business.
• RPG Functional and Technical experience is required.
• LANSA Functional and Technical experience is preferred.
• Related work experience with exposure to resolving user technology issues.
• Have experience with various platforms and languages.
• Strong knowledge on CL400, CLLE, iSeries/AS400, RPGLE, RPG400, LANSA, SQLRPGLE, Free-format, Subfiles, DDS, DSPF, PRTF.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours to complete implementations and resolve issues as needed.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PC fundamentals).
• Participate in team rotating on-call duties.
• Experience with Chronologics administration, IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (mirroring) administration. LANSA Designer Administration.
