Job Summary

Project overview:

This internship in the UITS Customer Services and Support Division will assist with support efforts for the IU Print Team. This internship would expose the student to working with different aspects within the IU Print team, including working with other divisions, and vendors associated to the University. The student would be given the opportunity to discuss and analyze current technologies in a professional setting outside of the classroom, and work closely with stakeholders on the IU Print team. This internship would be appropriate for students who are interested in Information Technology Support, and/or print management solutions.

Description of duties:

  • Work with IU Print engineers to efficiently resolve support issues related to printing.
  • Work with the IU Print staff on any efforts related to our print management solutions.

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University.

Basic IT Support troubleshooting. Exposure to printing services. Ability to effectively communicate with clients. Passion to learn new technologies.
