IT Program Auditor - Advanced

Excentium, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran owned small business that provides Cyber Security Engineering, Information Assurance (IA), management, Certification and Accreditation (C&A), and other IT services to government and commercial organizations.

We have an opportunity for an IT Program Auditor- Advanced supporting our corporate needs in the St. Louis, MO area.

MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: TS/SCI (CI poly required)

Position Description:

Seeking a mission-focused Advanced IT Program Auditor to support and contribute to our government customer's success in Springfield, VA. The individual in this position must be a motivated team player that strives for professional and technical excellence in Advanced IT Program Auditing.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment of security controls and organizational requirements.
  • Conducts evaluations of an IT program or its individual components, to determine compliance with published standards.
  • Develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
  • Provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support.
  • Provide recommendations for possible improvements and upgrades.
  • Review or conduct audits of information technology (IT) programs and projects.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of procurement function in addressing information security requirements and supply chain risks through procurement activities and recommend improvements.
  • Review service performance reports identifying any significant issues and variances, initiating, where necessary, corrective actions and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.
  • Conduct import/export reviews for acquiring systems and software.
  • Conducting audits or reviews of technical systems.
  • Ensure that supply chain, system, network, performance, and cybersecurity requirements are included in contract language and delivered.
  • Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Translate, track, and prioritize information needs and intelligence collection requirements across the extended enterprise.


Required Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 8 years of experience in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
  • Knowledge of information technology (IT) supply chain security and supply chain risk management policies, requirements, and procedures. K0198: Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models (e.g., Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Development, CMMI for Services, and CMMI for Acquisitions).
  • Must have an active TS/SCI with CI poly clearance.
  • Must have one IAM Level-2 certification
    • CAP
    • CASP+ CE
    • CISM
    • CISSP (or Associate)
    • GSLC
    • CCISO
    • HCISPP
  • Or possess one of the following certifications:
    • CCSP or CISA
