Vertiv is hiring an Integrated Marketing Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. to focus on the creation and execution of high-impact marketing programs and campaigns to drive Vertiv business growth and position the company as a leader in IT Technology, Edge Management, Datacenter Infrastructure, and Solution in the Americas Region.

  • The Integrated Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally, collaborating with Sales and Line of Business Managers to leverage their experience to identify opportunities and support demand generation.
  • The Integrated Marketing Specialist is expected to improve the way campaigns creatively and continuously are deployed -navigating the balance between creativity, innovation, and bottom-line focus. The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding and speaking to the needs of the target market through compelling solution "stories". In addition, he or she can combine those "soft skills" with strong critical thinking and qualitative analysis ability to scrutinize results, determine root causes and make timely, educated recommendations for maximizing results. The candidate must have a strong sense of customer focus, common goal, collaboration, and teamwork elements of an agile marketing organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create content and execute NAM social media activities. Responsible for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for the NAM region. Make sure audiovisual assets follow guidelines and posts are attractive for the intended audience.
  • Create and execute regional marketing programs that generate leads for Key Verticals, resulting in increased pipeline and revenue (program tactics may include direct mail campaigns, email campaigns, event marketing, tradeshows, seminars, online seminars, user groups, webinars etc.)
  • Project coordinator for accounts-based using 6sense.
  • Ensure brand compliance and consistency across all platforms
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar throughout the year.
  • Track performance and metrics for Social Media, Emails, and Demand Campaigns.
  • Support uploading Inquiries and Leads using the internal Eloqua process.
  • Actively participates in and contributes to the planning, logistic, and direction of customer events, channel events, trade show participation, marketing/sales related meetings, webinars, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:
  • Must have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications, business, marketing, or a related discipline in a marketing environment.
  • 2+ years of work experience as an individual contributor in translation/content generation, in a marketing communications environment or similar.
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience preferably in a high-tech industry.
  • 2+ years working in channel marketing and supporting partners in relevant markets.
  • 2+ years of experience supervising teams in graphic design/translation/marketing, or a similar creative services industry. Project management experience is a suitable alternative as well
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently, manages multiple projects and prioritizes work to align with business needs
  • Strong working knowledge of the digital platforms used by the company such as Eloqua - marketing automation platform, Sprinkrl Social Media platform, Smartsheet, Canvas, and Wrike. Capable of providing training on the usage of these systems, and guidance to marketers using these tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English, and Spanish language. Portuguese is a plus
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint.
  • Ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly; capable of presenting visual projects to a remote marketing organization.
  • Can organize multiple tasks and possesses strong organizational skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of layout and graphic design. Capable of guiding internal clients and graphic designers to an effective final piece.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Close attention to detail, follow-up, with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance
  • Ability to develop an understanding of effective marketing and its relationship to Vertiv products, services, and the sales cycle on a multinational level
