PayPal is seeking high potential, performance driven recent graduates to join the Global Inside Sales Team. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting prospective clients via phone, email, in-person events and social platforms to generate and uncover new opportunities
  • Performing initial needs assessment of prospects while identifying existing pain points to determine how PayPal's platform could address those needs
  • Researching and staying up to date on current market trends, opportunities and competition
  • Understanding and articulating key business drivers and overcoming client objections by effective communication of the PayPal value propositions
  • Maintaining consistent high call quality as pre-determined by leadership and sales coaches
  • Conducting research to expand contact lists within targeted accounts using tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator and other methods
  • Effective communication of a high level of technical, e-commerce, and business acumen within and between teams
  • Maintaining accurate and updated records for all activities in Salesforce.com
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while overcoming customer objections
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop exceptional relationships with clients by building rapport and developing trust to understand their specific challenges
  • Be an expert in the suite of merchant solutions PayPal offers, and be able to identify which solutions solve the client's needs
  • Understand quickly which sales opportunities to close internally and which to send to specialists in another area
Basic Requirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong, executive-level, interpersonal/business communication skills and the ability to build trust/rapport over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully multi-task
  • A self-driven and dedicated attitude, disciplined work ethic, and motivation to drive revenue growth, while creating the basis for long-term client relationships
  • Prior experience in sales, account management or inside sales within a B2B environment or marketing, financial services, or business development experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving both individual and team goals in a professional setting
  • Competitive nature with a strong passion and work ethic to exceed personal and professional goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Salesforce.com and Outreach.io is a plus

Recent Graduate Position Information and Requirements:
  • This is a Recent Graduate Full-Time position.
  • Must have graduated within the past 12 months, or will be graduating by Spring 2023, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Must reside in the U.S.
  • Must be able to obtain authorization to work in the U.S.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $38,500 to $95,150
