These Analysts will support the email que, ticket que, hotline, etc. You will need to triage and work through issues with users and decide when things need to be escalated.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
• Looking for candidates who have worked in a help desk or security environment
• Tools used: Splunk, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, Netwisss
