Industrial Engineer *Title:* Industrial Engineer
*Location:* Dallas, TX (South Dallas)
*Salary:* $85,000- $120,000/Year

We are an aerospace component manufacturing company. We are a US-based company with a global reach.
What You Will Be Doing - Establish, design, and assist in accident prevention training programs
- Conduct studies on various costs --cost control, cost reduction, production recording systems, inventory control
- Forecast and plan company resources from employee headcount to floorspace
- Help coordinate operational aspects of various projects and programs between engineering, planning, and shop floor mgmt personnel
- Support Value Stream Manager in achieving goals -- cost, quality, schedule, etc
- Create and monitor KPI metrics for reviews/reports
What You Need for this Position -BS degree or better in an Engineering or similar field
- 3+ years experience as a continuous improvement engineer, industrial engineer, or similar discipline
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge is preferred
- Should be familiar with AutoCAD
- Prior aviation/aerospace experience is a huge bonus!
