Identity Access Management Engineer

Overview

The Contractor shall provide expert experience and support for the ICE Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), Access Lifecycle Management (ALM), and mobility efforts; To implement 3rd party authentication for ICE applications in the ServiceNow and other environments that will allow programs to interact with non-ICE entities. The Contractor shall use Agile methodology and DevOps (with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)) for all system lifecycle related activities and will ensure a methodology for achievement of task objectives within allocated the timeframe(s).

Technical Lead to support all implementation and associated cyber security impacts to include Third Party Authentication (CIAM), Access Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Mobility effort.
Contributions

In support of these requirements, resources may be called upon to provide the following support:

• Requirements gathering
• Sprint Planning Reviews at the beginning of each Sprint cycle
• Implementation sprints
• Sprint Completion Reviews at the end of each Sprint cycle
• Ensure all Sprints sets aside hours to address IT Security recommendations
• Product Backlog Reviews
• Daily Scrum Calls
• Participate in weekly Integrated Project Team meetings
• Test, and Verify for all tasks completed during a Sprint cycle
• Deployment/Implementation
• Documentation
• Release Retrospective after every product release/upgrade
• Release Burndown at the end of each Sprint cycle
• Other Agile/Scrum ceremonies as required by the Product Owner
• Interface with customers to ensure conformity to process and governance.
• Maintain reporting to demonstrate program progress to management and customers
• Organize all project work to align with branch documentation practices
• Provide customer service and support for post implementation needs such as dashboard creation
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree coupled with 12+ years' experience in the Information Technology or related field
• A minimum of 5+ years Microsoft Active Directory experience
• Experience in PKI (Certificate Management) process & Cloud Security is desired.
• Experience with Federated Identity Management (FIM)
• Experience with SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, OAUTH, and other authentication/authorization technologies and protocolsInformation Security Certifications related to IAM like CyberArk Level 3/CyberArk Level 4/SailPoint certifications or general security certifications like CISSP or CCSP is preferred
• Knowledgeable in multi-factor authentication technologies, including PKI, One-Time Password (OTP), and RADIUS/TACACs
• Experience with Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS)
