The State of Nebraska, Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a motivated full-time Human Services Treatment Specialist II for the Division of Behavioral Health at Norfolk Regional Center.

**Hiring Rate: $18.696/per hour. Plus $3/per hours facility differential pay.**
Examples of Work
1. Develop and provide psycho-education skills training groups for adult male sex offenders. Main areas of skill training include anger management, emotion management, problem solving, and developing healthy relationships.
2. Serve as a treatment plan coordinator for six to eight patients. Work closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team and the patient to develop a comprehensive treatment plan and monitor patient progress.
3. Prepare the treatment planning schedule for the multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure that all the treatment plans are completed in a timely manner.
4. Complete chart review to gather data about patient behavior to assist in evaluation of patient functioning.
Qualifications / Requirements
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in a human services field, such as psychology, sociology, special education, counseling, human development, education or speech communication AND experience working with persons with intellectual or other mental illness and/or developmental disabilities AND experience developing training, treatment or habilitation programs. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
PREFERRED: Experience teaching social skills to individuals.
