Overview

Provides full range of Human Resource services to approximately 100 AutoCrib associates including: recruitment, compensation, performance management, benefits open enrollment, and associate engagement and development. Is an associate liaison for various company sponsored programs and policies. Collaborates with HR counterparts at remote locations, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administers staffing and recruitment process including, but not limited to: requisition approvals, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessments, hiring decisions, and screening and on-boarding for clerical, technical, professional, hourly and temporary positions.
• Coordinates payroll and oversees commission plan administration.
• Handles all HR & payroll administrative duties.
• Oversees the performance management process.
• Addresses performance issues by conducting investigations, administering discipline, handling terminations, etc, as necessary.
• Coordinates benefits open enrollment process, working closely with medical broker to ensure effective communication with associates; assists associates with enrollment, questions and changes, as necessary.
• Assists with policy and handbook development and implementation.
• Oversees corporate hospitality and service recognition program, assists with other associate engagement events.
• Assists with facility management.
• Oversees the completion of corporate reporting requirements, affirmative action plans etc.
• Coordinates with the appropriate parties to handle workers comp claims, leave of absence and FMLA or accommodation requests.
• Responsible for creation of company quarterly newsletter.
• Conducts exit interviews and presents findings/insights to drive retention action plans.
• Works closely with HR counterparts at corporate office and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required
• A PHR certification is preferred
• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience is required, including recruitment, compensation, AAP, benefits, and policy development and compliance
• Good problem solving skills and creative thinker
• Strong individual performer and team player who is passionate about providing first-class service to all customers
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects while maintaining accuracy, time-lines, and composure
• Strong oral, written, and analytical skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
• Ability to work with diverse cultures, languages and customs, and to work with teams in remote locations and various time zones
• Flexible to meet changing business needs with the ability to balance client advocacy with business objectives
• Maintains confidentiality and exhibits the Who We Are success factors in all interactions
• Computer literate, including strong Excel and reporting skills
• Travel to other local locations may be required-very limited
