About the Role

The Employee Experience Partner is an experienced HR professional who provides consistent delivery of HR services to the business while supporting the organization’s mission, values, culture, and operational plans. This role assists with manager and employee inquiries and supports the execution of talent programs including performance management and additional HR programs. This position will directly report to the Sr. Manager, Employee Experience.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Provide expertise to the Employee Experience Team on best practices such as performance management, talent acquisition, and compensation
  • Address issues regarding workplace conduct, conflict resolution, counseling, staff engagement, and other employee relations activities
  • Advise and provide consistent interpretation of employee policies and procedures
  • Identify areas of growth and potential liabilities and develop solutions
  • Conduct job analysis and competitive market pricing
  • Support talent planning in coordination with Change & Org. Effectiveness Team
  • Assist the Employee Experience Team and other HR leaders where necessary in administering HR policies and processes

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of related Human Resources experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, talent development and compensation
  • Knowledge of employment law, compliance risk, OFCCP compliance, Risk Management
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, able to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy and action
  • Excellent change management and project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and drive engagement and accountability across an organization
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
