RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with internal stakeholders as a resource in identifying employee HSE training needs.
• Effectively manage data in a Learning Management System
• Provide visible leadership with a positive teamwork attitude.
• Comply with all safety, health, environmental requirements, policies and procedures relevant to the position.
• Perform additional duties, responsibilities, and special projects as may be directed.

• Interact and support a broad spectrum of personnel internal and external to the company. Work effectively and efficiently in both team-based and independent working environments to reduce costs and add value to the organization.
• Excels in general application of software and technology to support learning development, able to mentors users.
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all safety laws, regulations and company's safety policies and procedures.
