You will play an integral part in driving progress forward for how we think about and leverage HR data and technology. You will own our HRIS systems and be a true partner to the organization in how we utilize our HR systems to get valuable organizational insights through data. As such, we are seeking a detail oriented, forward looking, results-oriented, innovative, roll up your sleeves HRIS Manager!

THE ROLE

  • Own and have a passion for HR technology and data analytics.
  • Partner with HR team to provide input into new processes, prioritize projects/enhancements, map business processes, implement creative and effective solutions that will shape the way company operates now and into the future.
  • Implement and recommend best practices to ensure we are getting the best from our HRIS system (UKG Pro).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate HR processes.
  • Utilize reporting to be able to tell a story with data.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HRIS data input and output.
  • Prepare learning tools to enable our workforce to utilize UKG Pro to its full capacity.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, IT, Management, Learning Systems or a related discipline.
  • UKG Pro experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with direct responsibility for HRIS management.
  • Familiarity with general HCM/HR processes and programs.
  • Experience using excel/reporting.
  • Organized, detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:
  • Strong systems thinker, with an ability to prioritize effectively and build sustainable solutions from the ground up.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI, data management and data integration skills with an ability to organize, analyze and correlate data information.
