Our Corporate Human Resources team has an immediate opening at our Voorhees, NJ Headquarters for an HR Coordinator who is ready to take their career to the next level. As an HR Coordinator at Comar you will be a critical member of the HR team in managing the fundamental day to day tasks that keep the HR department operating at the highest efficiency level. What you will do:

  • Act as first point of contact for employees with HR related questions (including but not limited to payroll, benefits, recruiting, HR policies, general HR questions, etc).
  • Maintain data accuracy for HRIS related changes to an employee record.
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and new hire orientation.
  • Assist with job description formatting and maintaining accurate records of all active jobs.
  • Maintain and creates personnel files.
  • Act as a key member for monitoring our rewards and recognition program.
  • Assist with open enrollment and administrative benefit updates.
  • Maintain and complete all employment verifications and unemployment claims.
  • Assist with metrics/reporting, benefits, compliance, compensation, and other HR related tasks as requested.
  • Assist with other HR related duties as needed.

Who we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 years of HR related experience.
  • Experience in an HRIS software system (UKG/Ultipro experience a huge plus)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently.
