VCA Veterinary Referral and Emergency is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper for our busy and growing 24 hour emergency hospital. We are a fast paced, AAHA-accredited, 24 hour emergency and specialty hospital in Norwalk Community. Our newly renovated hospital provide services including ER, Oncology, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Cardiology. We provide an ideal setting to expand and develop skills in every area of our practice. We are currently looking for day and evening housekeepers.

Duties will include:

· Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, laundry

· Maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the entire hospital including hospital grounds and parking lot

· Stocking supplies as needed

· Cleaning of restrooms

· Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs

· Ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8 hour day

· Any allergies to animals must be controllable through medication
