Job Title: Home Health RN
Details: Registered Nurse sought for 6 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 8hrs/day Monday-Friday. Territory is Kokomo and a 60 mile radius.
Minimum Requirements:
- IN or Compact RN license
- HCHB experience strongly preferred
- 1 year hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years
- Competitive pay and benefits
- 401k eligibility after 6 months of employment
