The Job

PayneWest is seeking a Graphic Designer who is passionate about collaboration, relationship building and new business growth. An ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers through advertisements, brochures, product illustrations, logos, digital communications including websites and corporate reports. This position is responsible for demonstrating the tenants of the company's brand through effective, industry-leading communication methods.

We will give you access to mentorship, training, resources, and development to ensure your success but you will need to supply the drive and desire to be a PayneWest professional. What You'll Be Doing

  • Be an integral part of the Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities, as well as collect and analyze market research to recommend and execute marketing strategy adjustments.
  • Create marketing content and the effective use of marketing channels to generate leads for business development.
  • Provide ongoing support in the development and fulfillment of the company brand by working with the Managing Director of Marketing on creative and diverse marketing efforts. Join forces to create all aspects of marketing communications, including media planning, visual strategies, brand positioning, and more.
  • Assist and collaborate with sales and service colleagues to ultimately drive sales. We will count on you to target and customize campaigns for various lines of business.
  • Actively participate in organization initiatives and support core values.
  • Plus (the fine print): you'll follow organization policies and procedures, sales and service standards and established workflows. You'll ensure quality control through proper file documentation and maintenance. You'll maintain confidentiality and be an all-around awesome member of our team.

Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, marketing, communications, or media is required, or equivalent business-related experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design including proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
