Falconwood, Inc. is a small, woman/veteran-owned business providing executive level consultants and programmatic support to Department of Defense (DoD) Information Technology (IT) initiatives and programs. We provide expert consultation on a diverse range of IT subjects focusing on acquisition strategy, implementation activities, cloud computing, systems engineering, and Cyber Security policy and engineering.

PMW 230 Logistics Integrated Information Systems-Marine Corps (LI2S-MC) is the primary acquisition organization for sustaining and modernizing the United States Marine Corps (USMC) family of information systems that support logistics chain management (LCM). PMW 230's portfolio includes the Business Systems Category (BCAT) 1 Global Combat Support System - Marine Corps (GCSS-MC), Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Logistics Support Systems (MLS2), several mid-tier Enterprise Logistics Information Systems (ELS2), as well as a number of joint systems.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to serve as a General Supply & Equipment Specialist in support of PMW 230.

NOTE: This position requires onsite support at Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany.
Responsibilities

The General Supply & Equipment Specialist will:

• Support Product Manager (PdM) Tactical Logistics Systems (TLS) and ELS2 Albany, GA teams for PdM Data Environment & Integration (DE&I) management of Government Furnished Property/ Government Furnished Material/ Government Furnished Information/ Contractor Provided Material performing inventory and accounting activities using government directed and provided information management systems and under the supervision of the Assistant Program Manager Logistics (APM-L) and preparation of supporting documentation.
• Provide skilled professional support to the assigned acquisition workforce (Team Leads, Systems Engineers, Life Cycle Logistics (LCL)) of the required management and accountability processes and procedures for management of the assigned Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) Custodian Asset Report (CAR) and GCSS-MC Consolidated Memorandum Receipt (CMR) accounts. To include conducting quarterly reconciliations and yearly physical inventory of items of assigned accounts and supporting and coordinating DRMO of assets according to Marine Corps and MARCORSYSCOM policies and procedures.

• Perform all responsibilities for cataloguing, provisioning, and managing product sustainment data documentation throughout the lifecycle of fielded hardware and software systems. Systems will include current and legacy systems within the PMW 230 portfolio (GCSS-MC, ELS2, MLS2).

• Active SECRET Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• 3+ years of professional experience
• Exemplary customer/client management skills and techniques
• Ability to perform detailed-oriented work under strict deadlines
• Self-driven, adaptable to fluid, changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment with geographically dispersed team members
• Attention to detail; ensure work is in line with established standards or to identify deficiencies
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Logistics experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable Logistics experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies
• Experience with USMC Logistics and accounting applications such as GCSS-MC and DPAS
• Experience working with the Defense Business Systems Requirements and Acquisition Lifecycle
