Flat Pack Machine Operator 1st Shift - Tyson of Rogers

Job Details:

This position is responsible for operating the flat pack machine, and will set up the program, calibrating, and adjusting the machine parameters to produce the desired weights, cuts and portions. The machine operator will perform regular checks on the resulting meat and portions to determine the machine performance and adjust the machine accordingly to produce product to specifications. The Flat pack Machine operator will ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. The Flat Pack Machine operator will notifying the supervisor if machinery should require maintenance, all while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
