The Financial Administrative Coordinator will monitor and perform financial administrative duties in support of Penn Medicine Development and Alumni Relations' Finance & Facilities Operations to ensure efficient and timely daily operations.

- Act as financial system end user for Finance & Facilities Operations, as well as other divisions within Penn Medicine Development and Alumni Relations (PMDAR) when other end users are unavailable.
- Assist director with logistical preparation of fiscal year-end projections and future fiscal year proposals.
- Manage scheduling of orientation meetings.
- Assist with training new and existing staff on finance and facilities policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain current PowerPoint presentations for Finance & Facilities training sessions.
- Process purchase order, non-purchase order, journal, Procard and other financial requests.
- Exercise resource stewardship to ensure compliance with related policies and procedures. Report known or suspected irregularities to director for management when necessary.
- Serve as Procard holder and complete reconciliation of activity.
- Produce monthly budget summary reports for divisions within department.
- Assist director with renovation and relocation projects.
- Review department e-Ship charges for business propriety and cost effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of new and existing financial policies and procedures.
- Serve as reviewer for Concur requests.
- Maintain department organizational chart.

- High school diploma or GED required with 5 to 7 years administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software applications.
