We are actively seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Accountant in the Corporate Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting group. In this role, you will be work in areas of global accounting and external reporting for CNH Industrial's consolidated financial results. This highly visible position will work in a team in the preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statement reporting, perform technical accounting research, communication with counterparts across the world in resolution of accounting issues.

• Prepare and report on CNH Industrial US GAAP financial statements including: external/SEC reporting (Annual Report on 20-F, registration statements, quarterly reporting for earnings press release, etc.)
• Assist with preparation and reporting on IFRS financial reporting activities
• Perform financial accounting and reporting activities in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. Potential areas include: restructuring, annual goodwill and trademark impairment analysis, joint ventures, defined benefit pension plan and post-retirement medical benefits, acquisitions and divestitures, stock based compensation
• Assist with audit management and issue remediation with internal and external audit
• Perform ad-hoc research and drive timely resolution of accounting issues

Annual compensation range is $70,400 - $95,700 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).

The qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and 3+ years professional accounting work experience, with a minimum of one (1) year in public accounting and/or two (2) years experience with a multinational Company performing external reporting and technical accounting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• CPA license or plans to work towards obtaining
• Effective written and verbal communication skills as the individual will be communicating with various personnel across the world
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Honesty, integrity, leadership, initiative and flexibility are required characteristics.

This position will be Based in Burr Ridge, IL and is eligible for our hybrid work model with three (3) days working in the office/on-site and two (2) days home office/remote.
