• (1 PM, 4 Developers Onshore, 15 Developers Offshore)

• 1. Handling incident tickets
• 2. Managing war rooms
• 3. Fixing problems
• 4. Handling Service Requests
• 5. Developing controls and implementing proactive preventive solutions
• 6. Handling development on workorders

Skills/attributes:

• 6 to 8 years of healthcare experience with Facets & SQL

Nice to have:

• Java & .NET

Working Time:

• 9 am to 5 PM, Batch support on weekend on shift rotation
