Execution Coordinator

Position Overview:

The Execution Coordinator is the field execution representative whose primary purpose is to support our contracting partners in their efforts to achieve project objectives and goals pertaining to safety, environmental, quality, cost, and schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and monitoring support craft activities
• Daily field construction activities regarding safety, productivity, and quality
• Verifying safe and effective use of equipment and resources
• Ensuring efficient use of labor and materials to meet approved project budgets
• Providing overview of daily work activities of field construction
• Drafting and issuing end of shift reports daily
• Providing daily/weekly schedule updates for work progression
• Participating in Detail Engineering reviews
• Scheduling and leading construction kick off meetings
• Participating in rules of credit for schedule attainment
• Participating in weekly Project Status update meetings as dictated by project needs
• Participating in weekly project scheduling meetings
• Tracking construction schedules and budgets for assigned projects
• Participating in construction team weekly meetings
• Ensuring timely construction updates to Production Representative on assigned projects
• Acting as lead for Constructability Reviews on assigned projects
• Participating in construction team safety meetings
• Leading contractor safety orientations
• Leading Ready for Start-up reviews at job completion
• Participating in Incident Investigations

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working in Construction
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Experience with work planning - resource and scheduling
• Experience with P&ID and Isometric Drawing interpretation
• Experience with Incident Management and Investigation
• Strong safety mindset and servant leadership
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to work around and on industrial equipment, including frequent climbing of stairs and ladders
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas (respirator, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, heeled boots, and hearing protection)

Other Requirements:

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the requirement of a work visa
• Must currently hold or be able to qualify to receive a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card
• Must support and comply with the company's drug free work environment, which will include random drug screenings
• Must support and comply with the company's harassment free workplace environment policy
• Must support and comply with the company's safety policies and initiatives
• Must support and comply with the company's diversity and inclusion work environment policies
