What You Will Be Doing - Prepare and analyze cost models during the CM@R process or bidding period.

-Perform basic estimating functions including quantity takeoff, pricing development for all trade work, and abstracting, with working knowledge of estimating technology and tools such as OST, Bluebeam, and BIM related software.

- Ensure that the estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project.

- Communicates with architects and consultants to clarify scope of work, materials, and schedule requirements, and documents these clarifications.

- Prepare, present, and actively participate in the internal estimate review process.

- Directs, coordinates and provides information and documents to Subcontractors.

- Builds relationships with Subcontractors to obtain competitive advantage for Chasse.

- Provide coordination with operations to ensure a reasonable plan (schedule, logistics, staffing) has been developed and incorporated into the estimate.
What You Need for this Position - 3+ years experience as a commercial estimator(budgets from $250K - $20M)
- OST, Bluebeam, and BIM related software
