IDR is seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Application Analyst to join one of our top clients in Nashville. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Enterprise Application Analyst:

• Provide detailed knowledge of product function and capability, assisting in escalated Tier 3 issues and other complex support needs.

• Work with product managers and business analysts to validate product requirements and provide analysis of product issues to detect patterns and identify necessary corrective actions.

• Analyze application roadmap, trends, and organizational needs, working with product manager and specialists to develop a strategy to resolve current issues and mitigate organizational risk.

• Assist in application releases and updates, and the start of school, end of year processing, and other events as it relates to the application and product cycle.

• This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of college or relevant experience and relevant IT industry certification.
  

Required Skills for Enterprise Application Analyst:

• 4 years in a technical/analytical role.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Understanding of enterprise-level applications and data systems.

• Ability to work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with SharePoint, programming, Microsoft, and Ntext.
