VCA Cottonwood Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our emergency team. We have expanded into a brand new facility and are looking for individuals who enjoy emergency medicine and being part of a great team.
The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.

As a member of the VCA emergency team, you will assist the emergency veterinarian treating critical patients.
The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:
* Venipuncture
* catheter placement
* radiology
* anesthesia monitoring
* physical examinations and patient assessment
* surgical preparation and assisting
* laboratory work
* pharmacy
* patient recovery
* compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
