What You Will Be Doing Electrical Designer with experience designing power, lighting, and fire-alarm systems for Healthcare, Laboratory, or related building construction in a consulting environment.

Position Description:
-Electrical systems design and engineering for healthcare and laboratory facilities including power, fire-alarm, and lighting.
-Multi-trade coordination, schedules, technical specifications, and quality control for assigned projects.
-Construction administration oversight for electrical systems including submittal review, RFIs, coordination, and inspections.
What You Need for this Position Required Qualifications:
-BS Engineering Degree from accredited college or university
-Experience with AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Microsoft Office software
-Strong teamwork and communications skills
-Experience working with architects and other MEP design trade
-Knowledge of National Electric Code and standard industry design practices

Preferred Qualifications:
-2+ years experience in design
-EIT Certification
-Experience generating construction documents and specifications
-Professional Engineer (PE)
-Experience in consulting including design, construction administration, project management
