Job Title: RN - ED - Emergency Department

Duties & Responsibilities: The Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) provides critical and urgent care to patients in the emergency department. This role involves rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients experiencing acute medical conditions or injuries. The ER RN must operate effectively in a fast-paced and high-stress environment, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and ensure positive patient outcomes. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:4 Acute care; 1:6 Rapid medical treatment and 1:2 trauma. There are 52 rooms in the ER. This is a 13 week assignment working 3 or 4 12 hour night shifts and every other weekend.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years experience
• RN license (AL or compact)
• ACLS
• BCLS
• PALS
• CPI-preferred
• TNCC-preferred
