Entry Level Laborer starting wage at $23.28/hour.

Applicable shift premium $1.50/hour.

Required to obtain 6-9 months of hire the Material Handler position: $24.34/hour

JOB DUTIES:

Entry Level- Backstand Operator:
• Employee will operate machinery that converts paper roll stockinto cut-size paper
• Work as part of a team, while maintaining focus on safety and quality
• Be driven to achieve and advance
•Follow written or electronic standard operating procedures and instructions

Essential functions:
• Prepping paper rolls for the machine,operate and clean machinery, utilize cutting tools to remove packaging and creating machinesplices
• Physical lifting is a requirement in thisrole and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• General housekeeping and other duties as needed

Material Handler:
• Maintaining focus on safety, quality and daily inspections
• Operate mobile equipment: forklift/clamp truck/hoist to pick up and move rolls of paper, finished product/pallets, loading and unloading of materials from trucks
• General housekeeping and other duties as needed
• Physical lifting is a requirement in this role and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

HOURS:

7:00AM - 7:00PM&7:00PM - 7:00AM
Employees work 12-hour shifts.

(Similar to a 3, 2, 2, 3 schedule)

QUALIFICATIONS:

•Industrial experience or mechanical aptitude are helpful
• Basic math, reading comprehension, writing and computer skills
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
