What you will do :

Under general supervision, act as the key instructor for new hires in general warehouse and job tasks.

Ensure new hires are fully competent to the job, skills, and needed tools to achieve the production/quality rates of the business.

Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.

Actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to educate while enhancing performance and productivity as needed.

What you will need:
HS Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years Warehouse / Training experience
Proficiency using MS Office suite and WMS
Bilingual - English/Spanish
