Director of Substance Use Recovery

Compensation: $81,411.20 annually

The Director of Substance Use Recovery oversees all aspects of the Adolescent and Adult SUD Recovery Treatment services throughout the region to ensure that the consumers and family members received quality care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC:

* Maintain quality and continuity of Adolescent and Adult SUD Recovery Treatment Services including co-occurring disorder treatment.
* Oversee all staff operations.
* Direct recruitment, hiring and training of staff.
* Assure contract compliance for SUD recovery Treatment Services in his/her area and coordination with DMH rules and the regulations.
* Ensure program meets all certification requirements for the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse, CARF or other accrediting agencies as required.
* Manage sub-contracts and referral arrangements and coordination with referrals in other community agencies.
* Manage program development.
* Provide fiscal management and accountability.
* Participate in agency meetings as appropriate.
* Monitor staff attendance and compliance with rules and regulations of the organization.
* Utilize reports to manage programs effectively and efficiently.
* Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

* Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
* Completes performance development/AIM process
* Time card management - manages time sheets
* Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

Master's degree required

At least one (1) year of experience required

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: LCSW, LPC or LMSW, PLPC preferred
