SummaryThe Director of Information Technology and Systems Infrastructure at the Tulane University Law School is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the technological infrastructure and systems that support the educational and administrative functions of the business school. Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Information Technology and Media Services, this position plays a pivotal role in shaping the technological strategy, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of all IT systems. The Director of IT also serves as a hands-on Systems Administrator, directly managing and maintaining critical IT systems.
Required Qualifications* Bachelor's Degree.* 4 years of related computer experience.* 2 years of leadership experience.
* Proven experience in managing complex IT infrastructures, including hybrid-cloud environments and on-premises services. * Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Azure, etc.).
