The Director of Case Management & Outreach and Education serves as an advocate and case manager for all students, assisting in the resolution of student issues and concerns and addressing the needs of students having problems in areas such as academics, mental or emotional health, psychological, economic, conduct, family, relationships and social adjustments through a variety of interventions, referrals and follow up services. 

 The Director of Case Management & Outreach and Education is a critical member of the Health and Wellness staff and provides comprehensive case management for all students as well as those referred to the CARE Team.  The Director of Case Management & Outreach and Education maintains relationships with local providers while overseeing electronic and internal referral resources. This individual will also provide leadership in outreach and educational programming opportunities to the students and the campus community.
