Manage application development work as it progresses through the software development process and is readied for implementation. Remove impediments affecting work progress. Ensure end-to-end delivery of software products.

Work with the Business, Development, Release, Change Management, and Application Support teams to facilitate end-to-end delivery of software/applications. Analyze the application development work in process and develop the corrective course of action as required. Manage the progress of active and assigned work items through collaboration with IT managers and process owners as work items move from development to test, release and implementation. Work with IT teams to evaluate candidates for release, and the implementation strategy best suited for a successful and efficient deploy effort. Implements post-production support processes. Work with IT managers and team leads on process changes and improvements and provide consultation when new IT tools are being considered. Participate in testing and implementation efforts that have significant scope, impact, risk, or duration. Plan and prioritize work required for end to end delivery.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with SDLC processes, demonstrating total comprehension of roles common in IT application development, testing, support, and implementation.
  • Thorough understanding of various development methodologies and work methods such as scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and waterfall is essential.
  • Experience in application support and delivery
  • Strong understanding of bank systems and processes preferred
  • Superior communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employee, including management and senior leadership.
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 USD to $160,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
