The Digital Marketing Production Specialist is responsible for executing the production and workflows of assets for digital marketing campaigns for Arrow ecommerce websites, optimize the process to increase revenue, track approvals, deadlines, production status and ensure timely, accurate delivery of materials.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee workflows and processes for all digital assets within project management software (Workfront)
Be organized, fast, accurate and an excellent communicator
Must reliably maintain deadlines, prioritizing projects as needed and communicating any at risk items
Create project timelines, assign resources and track campaign through production
Manage workload and day-to-day collaboration with network of freelance graphic designers and copywriters.
Maintain positive attitude, be proactive and solution oriented
Responsible for managing production of 50+ campaigns at various stages and levels of urgency
Coordinate with members from various digital channels, including creative, copywriting, CMS editors, and channel owners
Communicate with global team to translate and review marketing materials
Conduct weekly creative review meetings to capture feedback and updates
Proofread and control quality of all assets while ensuring alignment with Arrow brand guidelines
Maintain DAM and Adobe Stock licensing
Track expenses for each project
Report on production pipeline, status, and cost of deliverables
Define and establish new processes as needed
What Are We Looking For?
Strong project management skills; detail-oriented and highly organize; proactive
Demonstrated ability to prioritize project deliverables
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Prefer a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and HTML/CSS
Prefer general knowledge of production timelines and digital marketing assets
Education/Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years digital or print production experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with a project management software; Workfront preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field
