This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional or recent college graduate, looking to develop a promising career in digital health. As a Digital Customer Professional, you will be responsible to:

  • Engage with healthcare organizations to comprehend their requirements and create customer proposals accordingly. This includes add-on solutions and services; extensions of existing service agreements; software upgrades; and contract expansion to support increased annual volumes.
  • Utilize inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to identify potential customers.
  • Collaborate with product sales executives (PSEs) and account executives (AEs) to assist in cleaning up the customer relationship management (CRM) system. This includes closing or updating irrelevant opportunities, promoting accuracy of opportunity data, and removing duplicate entries.
  • Work with the Lifecycle Management and Customer Engagement Management teams to proactively manage customer billing disputes.
  • Conduct compelling online demonstrations to showcase our healthcare IT solutions.

  • You have solid PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • You will be working with the latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions
  • You have good presentation skills, and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility is expected.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of work experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Capacity to quickly develop proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads and manage sales pipelines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market trends and customer needs in the healthcare IT sector.
  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) toolset skills (eg. PowerBI, QlikSense) is a plus.
