Job Summary
As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and desktop support for our client.
Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to support our client's desktop needs. This position will be a full-time contract and onsite.

What You'll Do

• Support customers and multitask to insure superior service
  
• Set-up Active Directory, Outlook and hardware
  
• Add printers to our client's network and connect users
  
• Manage groups and add users in Active Directory and SCCM
  
• Push software and troubleshoot software center
  

What You'll Need

Required:

• 3-5 years IT experience
  
• 2+ years of experience with Active Directory, Outlook and Hardware set up
  
• Proven multitasking skills
  
• Solid experience with Office 365 including frontend Outlook and Excel troubleshooting, along with a basic understanding of print servers and how they work
  
• Experience with Active Directory and SCCM experience, including how to manage groups, add users, navigate permissions, push software, and troubleshoot software center
  
• Basic understanding of print servers and how they work including adding printers to network and connecting users to them AD/SCCM
  

Preferred:

• A+ cert is a big plus
  

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
  
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
