Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people's lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Design & Analysis Engineering Team Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA or Richland, WA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include providing the technical support to and development of the engineers within the Thermal-Mechanical Analysis and Design disciplines. In addition, the supervisor supports team members assigned to R&D projects, develops and maintains defined team processes (guidelines, methodologies, design bases) and encourages cross-collaboration with other teams and disciplines. As some of the team's projects are global in nature, the Design and Analysis Team Supervisor will be expected to maintain successful collaboration and communication across global regions. This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
