They will also be a collaborative, forward-looking, and engaged leader who is able to advance the school's mission at a time when informed scholarship and thoughtful public discourse on religion are crucial.

The Divinity School has a full-time enrollment of approximately 240 graduate students (half of them pursuing the PhD), a faculty of more than 30 members, and a staff of 15; it has an annual budget of $20 million and an endowment of approximately $165 million.
