Customer Service Specialist- Contract 3 Months

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service experiences to our customers. This role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The Customer Service Specialist will represent our company's values and commitment to excellence in every interaction. This is for an Interior Designer Company.

Onsite Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM this will for 3.5 months

Responsibilites:

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone and chat.

Will respond promtly and professioanlly to customer inquires, concernd and complaints

Provide accurate information about products to customers

Schedule order shipments based on customer orders and delivery requirements.

Will prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels and customs forms.

Provide customers with shipment tracking information and updates as needed.

Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns and resolving any issues.

Maintian a positive,emptheic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions and inquires and feedback.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service ( not in a call center )

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal skills with the abilty to build rapport and trust with customers

Proficient in using computers and various software applications.

Experience in Shopify, AirTable and Slack is preferred.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping

Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company positively.

Interior Design is a plus.
