Full time: M-F ; 8:00-5:00

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Resolve escalations from outsourced call center staff.
• Establish high quality client relationships.
• Meet and exceed on specific team metrics.
• Utilize available resources to identify appropriate solutions for customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients by telephone and/or written correspondence regarding all aspects of payment processing.

Key Competencies:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to adapt to client issues appropriately and professionally.
• Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to navigate multiple monitors.
• Attention to detail.
