Location: Columbia, MD

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact between the customer and the company, providing real-time service, as well as post-installation technical support.
  • Schedule service appointments utilizing software for selecting appropriate technician and documenting any travel required.
  • Provide customer feedback to management to continuously improve the customer/end user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and assisting them to a satisfactory resolution.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years Customer Service
  • 1 Year of Troubleshooting over the phone preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer skills (minimum typing of 35 wpm) including email, web applications, etc.

  • A Great Telephone Personality, including professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
  • Technical aptitude is a must.
