We are immediately hiring for a Customer Service Rep for a graveyard shift! The working days will vary, but it is a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule and overtime is offered!
Duties:
- Provide support to customers regarding orders and shipments via phone and email
- Etner and review customer orders
- Communicate with drivers and carriers for shipment and delivery updates
- Provide drivers with route updates
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience in order entry or logistics customer service
- Flexible schedule
