The Customer Data Platform Business Lead will manage the delivery of the personalization program; working as a liaison within the business in the development of personalization strategies and to fulfill requests for Analytics, Data, and other technical resources as needed. The CDP Business Lead is accountable for the performance of personalization efforts, including tracking and managing progress towards performance metrics. The incumbent will coordinate with the wider organization to solve any roadblocks. Additionally, they will work with Sales, Marketing, MOPAR & MCA counterparts to ensure coordination of personalization efforts with overall goals and strategies. They will also have responsibility to; Consolidate all personalization learnings and make sure they represent the entire customer journey when relevant; Coordinate & present business team activities at monthly Steering Committee meetings, bi-weekly sprint planning, bi-weekly program updates, bi-weekly sprint retrospectives and daily stand-ups; Stay informed on latest trends and develop strategies aligned to these trends and Stellantis business objectives.
